Our 8th‑grade civics students are wrapping up their big research project! Today they got an awesome visit from court officers from the Bristol County Superior Court, who talked with them about crime, punishment, and probation.

We love seeing real‑world learning come to life for our kids! 👏

On Friday, May 29, three of our students presented their Pink Tax civics project at the DESE Civics Showcase. This event highlights student-led projects that focus on issues impacting their community, and our students truly shined.

They researched the Pink Tax, gathered feedback from families, and shared their concerns with community leaders—including members of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, DESE leadership, and partners who support civic engagement across the state.

👏 We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and confidence!
