“I watched this whole thing go down in an airport and felt like sharing it with you.

This young military man, Michael (full name was on his backpack) was standing here about to board a plane and a random man walked up and said thank you for your service. Then asked if he could pray for his safety. I started crying of course just watching this nice end to a crappy day unfold on my 16 hour cross country flight, but Americans never cease to amaze me. Beautiful.

I would love for this picture to find it’s way to the man pictured here in uniform to show how many people are praying for you and wishing you good thoughts and safe travels.”

Hi everyone what a beautiful day to be in Newport. This evening starting at 5:30 to 6:30 there will be a boat parade in memory of those who have died through the pandemic.
Destinations North America, Newport operations has entered a boat #72 as we have lost two dear friends and outstanding your guides, Tillie Thompson and Bill Day. The parade will start at Rose Island, around the backside of Goat Island, around to the State Pier, following Long Warf in front of the Marriot passing the Harbour Masters and following America Cup Ave. and Thames St. passing by the park and Ida Luis Yacht club then following along the front of Fort Adam’s and ending at its Northern tip. Hope to see you !!! Remember boat # 72 numbers will be on our port side as the parade will be going clockwise around the harbor.
