🎉 It is official!

The City of South Fulton has selected Nehemiah Project Community Development Corporation to lead its Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program. 🏡

This is the work we have been doing for more than twenty years. Helping senior homeowners correct code violations, resolve health and safety hazards, remove unsafe conditions, and improve accessibility so that they can age in place. 🔨

🙏🏾 Thank you to the City of South Fulton for entrusting us with the care of our seniors.

For Rosalyn’s 98 year old mother, an elevated water bill presented it’s challenges. Ms. Vivian has lived in Mozley Park for over 60 years. When a mystery $1,000 water bill threatened her peace of mind, the Nehemiah Project CDC stepped in.

Our team replaced ancient basement pipes and leaky faucets in just one day. A safe, dry home for a community treasure who would like nothing more than enjoying the comforts of her home.

Special thanks to City of Atlanta Watershed Management and the Care & Conserve program for making this possible.
