The Honey Brook Library Bell celebrates General Anthony Wayne. Honey Brook was originally called Waynesburg in tribute to him. Their depiction was based on the “Big Head” biographies that are very popular at the library.

Mark your calendars now to learn about black bears in PA with Chester County Park Ranger Keith Mullin on Tuesday, June 23 (6 PM) at Hankin Library!
Learn how black bears are a little different in PA compared to other parts of the country. Ranger Mullin will talk about their biology and habitat needs, what to do if black bears are in your area, and what not to do. In addition, he'll share some personal stories from his encounters with black bears. Ranger Mullin has worked in wildlife conservation for many years.

New parents and their little ones are invited to attend the Fourth Trimester Circle at Easttown Library, now offered each month on the First Wednesday at 11:15 AM and the Third Saturday at 10:30 AM.
Join a calm, supportive space for new parents to connect, ask questions, and share experiences. Facilitated by Alison Ahern, local nurse practitioner & IBCLC of Forth Women Wellness, we’ll cover feeding, sleep rhythms, the mental load of parenthood, and everything in between. All you need is yourself and your baby!

Welcome, tributes, to the 2026 Malvern Public Library Teen Summer Reading Challenge! Compete alongside your peers by reading books and representing your district team (organized by rising grade level) as you travel the path towards victory! 🔔Bells Across Chesco!
Henrietta Hankin Branch Library's Bell is inspired by Stardew Valley, which is a video game where you help people in the community and run your own farm. This tied in with the Agricultural Bounty theme and inspired the design which shows a community's bountiful harvest that connects people intergenerationally.
