We received the Golden Hammer Award from Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newark in recognition of our longstanding legal partnership and support of the organization’s mission to expand affordable housing, critical repairs and food scarcity across Essex, Hudson and Union counties.

Through our Generation Fox initiative, our attorneys have helped drive projects that create stability for local families — from housing development and transactions to supporting Habitat ReStore locations.

John Galluccio, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, has been instrumental in this work as a member of Habitat Newark’s Executive Advisory Committee.

Samantha Santola Krause, Ruben Perez and Joanna Scotti, have also made essential contributions to this effort. Their dedicated work in support of the organization's continued mission reflects the firm's broader commitment to community development and pro bono service.

Our Exton office came together for a food drive benefiting the Chester County Food Bank, collecting essential items to support children facing food insecurity during the summer months.

The food bank plays a vital role in addressing hunger across the region — serving as a central hub that supplies food to local pantries, shelters and meal programs, helping ensure families have nutritious meals when they need them most.

This effort reflects our commitment to strengthening communities through our initiative.

Our New York office hosted a shoe drive in support of Fundavenyc, vive tus sueños., collecting new and gently used shoes for men, women and children. These donations will support the charity’s work providing essential transition services to asylum seekers and immigrants as they establish new lives in New York City.

Through our initiative, we’re proud to give back in ways that strengthen the communities where we live and work.

Members of our San Francisco office attended Legal Aid at Work's 110th anniversary celebration, taking part in an inspiring evening that featured keynote speaker Catherine Lhamon of UC Berkeley Law and honored recently retired California Supreme Court Justice Martin Jenkins. ⚖️

We are proud to support Legal Aid at Work and its mission to provide critical legal services to low income working families through clinics, litigation and advocacy.
