- ONE + Year Retail Sales Experience (lighting, furniture, or home décor preferred)
- Passion for Interior Design & Lighting
- Warm, outgoing personality with excellent listening skills
- Comfortable working with homeowners, designers, and contractors
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with basic computer / POS systems
- Reliable transportation to our Exton Showroom
- High school diploma or equivalent
