Perfect for businesses planning multiple large projects at the same time: Starting July 4th, SBA guaranteed loans allow qualified borrowers to access up to $5 million through the 7(a) loan program and also up to $5 million through the 504 loan program, for a combined total of $10 million in SBA-backed financing. It also includes manufacturers, who right now can attain an unlimited number of 504 loans as long as each loan is tied to a separate project.
