I have lived here in Evergreen for all of my life and I opened up a Subaru repair shop up here 2 years ago. I know how valuable it is to find a mechanic with integrity, that you can trust. I just finished fixing up this 2007 Subaru Forester. It has a refurbished engine that includes head gaskets and new timing belt kit. ALL maintenance was just performed. New windshield, tires, clutch, USB/BT stereo, front struts, cv axle, front brakes and more. The car was just professionally detailed and has no problems at all. $6800. Here is some of the metal on the oil pick up tube that sucks oil from the oil pan to lubricant the engine.

You can see all of the metal debris in this oil pan. It is from the engines rod bearings falling apart.

These are engine bearings that have been destroyed. The one in front has had its surface layer worn down to the copper layer. The one on back is so worn that the metal on the edges is folding over.
