Bothell Foods is a Licensed, Home-style caterer for all your Indian Vegetarian food needs. Twice Weekly Dinner Delivery Service (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Birthdays, House-Warming Functions, Religious Events, Baby Showers etc. We operate out of our own WA State Licensed, Snohomish County Health Department and City of Everett approved Kitchen. Food is prepared with utmost care by trained and knowledgeable staff.

A classic South Indian side that’s spicy, nutty, and full of flavor!
*Taste profile*: Roasted peanuts ground with sautéed onions, red chilies, garlic, and tamarind. Tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a hint of hing. It’s creamy from the peanuts, with a sweet-spicy kick from the onions and chilies.
*Best paired with*: Hot idli, crispy dosa, pesarattu, or even plain rice + ghee.
*Chef Gayathri’s touch*: We dry roast the peanuts fresh and use pearl onions for natural sweetness — just like how mom made it at home.
