We were finally about to come finish the siding job we found black mold at because the windows weren’t properly installed.
Unfortunately this wonderful couple still had no kitchen for WEEKS!!!! Sadly we’re too booked up to help out their kitchen back together for them.

We’re on a roll….we’re remodeling a bathroom including changing the shower and toilet locations.
Unfortunately the fixtures in the shower were not installed properly and now our client has mold in the bathroom that has spread through the wall and into the adjacent dining room.
Just became a bigger job, and we have the skills to fix it all!!

So much more brighter after raising the ceiling and installing new can lights. But now the “Alarm System” aka squeaky stairs are gone
Not all contractors are equal. This dry rot is because the original contractor didn’t trim the windows correctly. Stay tuned to see the rest of the damage and how WE do it right!
