This months segment was about Starting Over and how Self Reflection gives us prompts for when we need to make changes in our lives.

Wisdom comes from Self Reflection, because when we pause and do a life review we turn experience into insight, which is like rocket fuel to launch us into new directions and beginnings.

Met several like-mined people where we all inspired each other. That's what it's all about!

A retired military professional heard me do a closing keynote at a conference in Florida. She signed up for my email list and when she learned I was speaking once again in Florida, she contacted my office and asked to have dinner with me.

She said my speech stayed with her for several years!!!

I had no idea at the time, she drove 400+ miles to have this dinner, but I was glad I accepted the invitation.

Instinctively I knew she would benefit from coaching with me, so I offered her that opportunity for 1:1 Support.
She said YES, and that wasn't easy since she's a retired Marine!

WE just don't know when someone is ready to Soar, but it does take Courage, Confidence and WINGS to Rise.
