In this Interview with Joey English we discuss latest Health practices and insights from a Cancer Conference. Add to that a Naturopathic Medical Convention in Las Vegas end of Aug 28-30 at Westgate Hotel. If you're ready to focus on what you can do to be healthy... enjoy this interview with lots of laughs too.

People want to recalibrate when they get together for meetings and conventions. So delighted audiences want to interact more than ever. 💥

Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. As a speaker and coach, I've been hired right off the stage to assist those in need with the chaos in their lives. I have so many stories of overcoming chaos between myself and my clients that I don't have to AI or Google examples to get my point across. People feel the difference when you have lived your message and they get quicker results.

Does your company offer workplace wellness events for employee appreciation? I just completed a weekend wellness conference with top medical experts. The focus was on managing stress and living a healthy lifestyle to optimize productivity and team spirit.

Earlier in my career, one of my employers brought in an expert to teach us financial tricks to secure our retirement success. I believe that there's a similarity here. Experts who teach health and mindset hacks can offer employees the same type of recognition and equip them for later life to be healthy with their wealthy.

In times of rapid change, it's always good to run your reactions and emotional gamut by others. This way, you get grounded from another's perspective on your situation. Internal chaos isn't the enemy... it's a signal you need additional support. People who help a lot, need a lot of help.

Why are Retreats SO Important?
Retreats give us time away to figure out that new-version of ourself we are in the process of becoming.

Find a way to create Space for yourself this Spring. We are all dusting-off-chaos from a quickly changing and challenging world. Retreats and Coaching offer us an Identity Accelerator; Guiding and Supporting us to BLOOM In the presence of others.

After years of coming to Palm Springs for retreats to renew my Soul, it is my delight to offer this invitation to those of you tired of being tired and stressed over 'what's next'.

This months segment was about Starting Over and how Self Reflection gives us prompts for when we need to make changes in our lives.

Wisdom comes from Self Reflection, because when we pause and do a life review we turn experience into insight, which is like rocket fuel to launch us into new directions and beginnings.

Celebrating The Loving Way Foundation Fundraiser at The Chateau Dumont.

Met several like-mined people where we all inspired each other. That's what it's all about!

A retired military professional heard me do a closing keynote at a conference in Florida. She signed up for my email list and when she learned I was speaking once again in Florida, she contacted my office and asked to have dinner with me.

She said my speech stayed with her for several years!!!

I had no idea at the time, she drove 400+ miles to have this dinner, but I was glad I accepted the invitation.

Instinctively I knew she would benefit from coaching with me, so I offered her that opportunity for 1:1 Support.
She said YES, and that wasn't easy since she's a retired Marine!

WE just don't know when someone is ready to Soar, but it does take Courage, Confidence and WINGS to Rise.
