Atomic Groove

Alert! Long "Gratitude Post”.

Theme: We Are Family!

Getting invited to be a part of someone's momentous marital occasion is always so amazing to us, every single time. When we do a wedding we are realllllly profoundly touched by the intimacy that is shared amongst the guests... as well with us, as we serve as the "glue" that brings the event together.

This summer wedding we did back in August was exactly that, and then some. Two families bonding together thru this experience of a shared celebration of the bride & groom's loving commitment to each other.... is always such an honor for us to collaborate with.

And we were not just "any ol' band" that got hired for "some generic wedding"....on the contrary, the groom's family has had a deep connection to AG for many years. Mostly from our Belly Up Happy Hours, which exponentially underscored the personal touch. Even MORE meaningful! (Hint: groom’s father and groom’s sister have been at every AG Happy Hour for the past five years... they are a part of OUR AG Family).

After facilitating some standard wedding protocols (that we are super well-versed in providing) like The Grand Entrance, specialty dances, dinner music, speeches et al, we were instructed to approach our dance sets like an AG Happy Hour at Belly Up. No problem!

Guests of all ages from 20 to 80 yrs old grabbed glo sticks and enthusiastically hit the floor non-stop as our playlist reflected specific song selections from the B & G. Add in some extra "WOW" factor with amazing visual ambience by Alex, Lighting Director for the Belly Up, and the church gymnasium was transformed in to the perfect dance vibe that was enjoyed by all, all night long.

There were so many familiar happy faces in the crowd! AND we had the pleasure of making some new friends and fans, too. Everyone was so kind to us, to each other. So much love in the room…. like one big happy family!

Please keep us in mind for your next event. Whether it's a gathering of 100 or 1000, we'll customize and co-curate an event with you, and for you, that will help make the night feel personalized and highly memorable.... and FUN!

We still have a bit of availability for Holiday Season 2026 and are booking into 2027. Contact us today!

What a PERFECTLY FUN "Virgo B-Day Bash" Dance Party Happy Hour last Friday at Belly Up!

There were SO SO SO many b-days in house!!

Ask a Virgo if they want a birthday party for their birthday.....and they'll most likely reply:

"If I wanted a birthday party, I'd plan it myself". If you are close to a Virgo this made you LOL.🤣

So it's SO great that SO many Virgos trusted in us to be their backdrop to their celebration.... with Atomic Virgo Girl leading the way!

We featured two of our perfect AG guests: vocalist Mark Jones and AG Conga Girl Monette Marino.

One of our Primary AG Fly Girlz, Kel-Kel, is a Virgo, too!

Three MORE Virgos (Dawn, Monika & Elke), Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, graced our stage, too.

The perfectly curated AG playlist hi-lighted Virgo royalty like Pink, Gloria Estafan, Beyonce, Michael Jackson...dance floor perfection!
