On the dance floor, we gather for many different reasons. Some come with different orientations, values, or missions some simply to move, to breathe, to release.💫

Here, we share space with presence and respect.
We dance through our internal tensions, move energy, pray with our bodies,and sometimes reach ecstatic or altered states.💫

The dance movement has touched many lives.
It offers an opportunity to simply be
to feel, to drop in without pressure or expectation,
to express authentically and let go.💫

Through this practice, we interact and connect,
inspiring one another through movement,
and rediscovering the joy of freedom, rhythm, and being ourselves. 💫
