The E3 Cluster’s nonprofit partners are Encinitas Union School District, Leichtag Foundation, Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA, Seacrest Village Retirement Communities, San Dieguito Heritage Museum and San Diego Botanic Garden. E3 Cluster partner organizations are located east of I-5 between Encinitas Boulevard to the south and Leucadia Boulevard to the north and extending east to the residential communities off Quail Gardens Dr.
