I really love the minimalism of this garden. Somehow we squeezed in a pool, a permeable paver patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a beautiful olive tree between their new home and ADU. Can’t wait to see it with furniture.

We’ve been building a native habitat garden for the last few weeks. Our goal is to create a biodiverse garden that supports wild birds , insects and 2 pet California desert tortoises. Today we finally got all of our native plants in! And look who is enjoying the mimulus aurantiacus! This makes me sooo happy, but wondering if I should have planted more shelter plants and less forage plants !

Natural playground for Montessori community school in Monterey, CA.

Some kids with special needs feel overwhelmed and need a quiet, safe space to regroup. We build these little nooks with these kids in mind. This is part of an inclusion preschool program where kids with special needs can integrate with neurotypical children and can have a successful and fun school experience because they provide spaces like these for students that need them.
