Here is a breakdown of the latest real estate stats from the past month:
- New Listings: Over 1,600 homes hit the market, holding steady with this year's average.
- Pending Sales: Just about 1,000 homes went into escrow, reflecting a slight decrease in homes going under contract.
- Expired Listings: Almost 600 homes came off the market without selling, keeping us in a careful balancing act that is expected to continue.
- Closed Escrows: On the positive side, 1,400 homes closed escrow—a slight uptick from last month!

While 1,400 closed sales are decent numbers, the goal is to see closed transactions get back to normal levels of around 2,500 homes per month.
