Sofia Serrano is making the most of her senior year — both onstage AND behind the table! Huge congratulations to Sofia, who will be playing Crystal in San Dieguito Academy’s Little Shop of Horrors AND stepping into a leadership role as Student Director of A Wrinkle in Time!
We absolutely love seeing our performers discover that their place in theatre can extend far beyond performing. Watching Sofia take everything she’s learned as an artist and use it to lead, create, and help tell someone else’s story is something worth celebrating. What an exciting way to head into senior year. We’re so proud of you, Sofia!
Hi! I’m Michaela. 👋
If your child has been talking about being in movies or on TV, I’d love to invite you to a free webinar I’m hosting for parents.
I know how exciting this journey can be—but I also know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to figure out where to start.
There are so many questions:
✨ Do we need an agent?
✨ What kind of training actually matters?
✨ How do we know we’re making the right decisions?
That’s exactly what we’ll be talking about.
My goal is simple: to help you better understand the world of film & TV acting so you can feel confident supporting your child’s dream—without all the confusion.
I’d love for you to join me.

“My child wants to be an actor... now what?”
It’s one of the most common questions we hear from parents.
Maybe your child has caught the acting bug. Maybe they’ve already been in a few productions and are starting to dream bigger. Or maybe they’ve mentioned wanting to be on Disney, Nickelodeon, or Netflix, and you’re wondering...
✨ Where do we even begin?
✨ Do they need an agent?
✨ How much training is actually necessary?
✨ How do we support this dream without feeling overwhelmed?
If any of those questions sound familiar, we’d love to invite you to join us for a FREE live webinar with Disney & Nickelodeon actor and Project Performer coach, Michaela Pistilli.
This isn’t about selling a dream.
It’s about giving you honest, practical guidance so you can make informed decisions and confidently support your child’s journey.
During the webinar, we’ll cover:
🎭 What getting started in film & TV acting really looks like
🎯 Common mistakes that cost families time and money
📝 A simple goal-setting exercise to help create your child’s roadmap
💬 Live Q&A with Michaela
