It started in 1984, Mrs. Moore's 4th Grade Career Day project. I had no idea what I wanted to be, but I thought the Swedish Chef on the Muppets was cool...

Having worked for over 2 decades in restaurants, my specialty has always been plated desserts. I stayed as far away from cakes as possible, making them just for friends. In 2008, an event planner pushed and pushed until I agreed to start meeting with her bridal clients. Four years have passed and business has exploded. These days designing cakes is my favorite part of my job.
