Since making the decision to part from my marriage years ago, I’ve had an abundance of friendship connections. Honestly I’ve always… well use to consider myself very introverted. The thought of connecting with a bunch of people seemed daunting. Daunting for fear of being rejected, not fitting in, being talked about, and so worst… abandoned. Those deep seated abandonment wounds carry over into everything. But it was as if leaving the marriage opened up a huge space for connections that were more aligned to my true self. Being with him, took up a lot of space in my heart, mind, body…. Space that I blocked off from others. Space I blocked off from my true self and light.

Because when you are surrounded by those that are aligned, you are just reflecting sparking light back and forth amongst each other. I wasn’t to my full capacity. My sparkles were so dimmed. Muted. Subdued to fit into a space I thought I belonged.

But nowwwww…. No longer bound. I sparkle bright. Calling in luminous connections, that honestly are over pouring. And it’s all because everything is interconnected. Every decision one makes determines so many other life outcomes.

And to be surround by friends where there is a continuous flow of love, support and safety… that is such a blessing. But I’ve put the work in for it.
