👂One of the keys to good negotiating skills & getting the house for your client is establishing a rapport with the listing agent, and listening to what terms they say is important to their seller. Oh and answering your phone is good too! It astounds me what happens out there. Let’s all play nice, be ethical, and do what is best for our clients. It all starts with good listening skills.
