This week I am featuring located in coastal downtown Carlsbad Village. Definitely a one-stop shop for so many must-have items! Fresh produce and groceries, sandwich of the week, epic w**e selections, and great household gadgets, tools, vintage glassware, and so much more! Perfect place to find a gift for that person who has everything too. They can arrange a nice gift basket for you too! Oh and they have freshly baked goods including my husband’s famous bread!
This is a must visit for sure! I am seriously obsessed.

September was a very nice month ❤️

Waking up early for a 6am yoga class then a walk with my dog is a non-negotiable for me. It feeds my soul snd makes me ready to take on my work day. But…I’m not going to lie…if I’m up and you text me, I will answer. I also do love this early morning time to answer texts and calls from my central time zone and east coast time zone colleagues/friends/referral partners since their work days have already begun.
Some people work the grind Monday through Friday for the weekend. I get to work the non-traditional hours. I get to walk into other people’s dream homes for a living. 🏡 Every step, every showing, every set of keys handed over reminds me why I do this. Love what you do and it never feels like work. 👏

This is an example of how we never stop worrying about our kids, even after they have left the nest. But they still need to be themselves, live their lives, and check off their list of goals and adventures that they want to do/achieve. If she had told me she was going to do this, I truly would’ve lost my mind with worry! Oh and it doesn’t help at all that I am extremely scared of heights!😳😬

Once upon a time, 31 years ago, Mike and I said “I do” to doing life together and danced to the Stephen Bishop love song. We have danced to this song every year since then. 🫶❤️🎵
