Meditation is a part of every single one of our Rest & Revive Retreats. Why? At the most basic level, meditation is a practice that teaches us to work with our mind. Prior to meditation, our mind can control us, but after meditation, the mind becomes a tool that we can use to ultimately serve a higher purpose.

Meditation is also the practice through which we start understanding ourselves as more than just a body, that is born and then eventually dies. Through meditation, we learn that to be human means to have access to a full spectrum of experience. From the grossness of our physical body, to the subtlety of consciousness. Overtime, meditation introduces us to the subtlest layers of ourselves, where pure bliss and peace live.

Both retreats are structured the same, with the same offering: YOGA 💛 ENERGY WORK (with the amazing Michelle Leuschen) 💛 MEDITATION 💛 NATURE 💛 CONNECTION. While there will be an opportunity to dig deep with your guides, you'll also have TONS of you-time.⁠

COST: $1888. Includes: Lodging, energy work, yoga, private beach, breakfasts, 2 group dinners, 1 massage, 1 excursion, and shuttle transportation (*given your flight is on time).
