For the past few months I’ve been talking about using your voice as a path to healing, self-expression, and coming home to yourself.

Today I want to tell you about the space where we actually practice that.

It’s called the Soul Song Journey.

It’s a 6-week guided journey for people who feel like there’s more inside them than they’ve been able to express.

Not because you want to become a singer.

Not because you’re trying to write the next hit song.

But because you know there’s something in you asking for a voice.

Maybe you’ve done years of personal growth, therapy, coaching, or spiritual work… and yet you still find yourself holding things in.

Maybe you feel emotions deeply but struggle to express them.

Maybe you’re in a season of transition and can’t quite put words to what’s changing.

Maybe you’re simply tired of living in your head and ready to experience yourself differently.

That’s what the Soul Song Journey is for.

Each week we’ll gather in a small group to explore simple voice, sound, writing, and presence practices that help you move beyond analysis and into honest expression.

No musical experience is required.

You don’t have to be “creative.”

You don’t have to perform.

This isn’t a songwriting class.

It’s a guided practice in listening to yourself, expressing what’s alive within you, and discovering what your own voice has been waiting to say.

Over six weeks you’ll develop a simple practice you can return to long after the program ends, while building a kinder relationship with yourself, more confidence expressing what you feel, and a creative outlet that supports you through whatever life brings.

I’ll be keeping this founding cohort intentionally small—just 8 people—so everyone has space to be seen and supported.

We begin August 17.

I forgot how much you influenced me. Until you were gone. Just by the light of your soul and the roar of your heart. I see it now, looking back through the absence of your personhood. Many a night aboard ferries and down dark alley ways - giving my all in a howl so honest like yours that all pretense shatters. And we rush back to ourselves, as we are.

It was something about simply and honestly existing, dressed up in music. And now the music will echo through me forever reminded.
