I cannot thank you enough for the extraordinary above and beyond service I received this morning from the telephone representative . . .

I really wish I remembered his name, my apologies, so much going on today, but he informed me about critical details I missed while submitting my online request. He made suggestions and understood the urgency and importance of the situation. He stayed on the phone with me until everything was taken care of, even calling the church and funeral home. He didn't even charge me until he was certain that the task could be completed. Through it all, he made sure the telegram was delivered. I am VERY thankful.

Please if there is any way to track who helped me . . Please award him with whatever accolades or congratulatory gifts are appropriate.

Additionally I would like to thank AMERICAN TELEGRAM for the person or team that hired and/or trained him!

Also thank you for whatever corporate policies are in place to allow such support to exist.

It’s our daughter’s wedding day today and we couldn’t be there, so we decided that we would do something that was done for us on our wedding day, send a telegram. I arrange that with American Telegram and, true to their word, they delivered it about a half an hour before she got married. And she was absolutely delighted with this. I appreciate all the efforts they made to do this, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to make a special occasion even more special.
