I am a former San Diego State University athlete that has now chosen to commit my life to helping my fellow San Diegans find their dream homes. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2010, when I began in the acquisition and management of investment properties. Since I began, I have acquired and managed a book of profitable investment properties across San Diego County, while also attending

SDSU and pursuing a degree in Finance. My Real Estate repertoire grew to include Real Estate Sales in 2015, and has now become my focus. I not only have a passion for helping others, but it runs deep in my family. The Driver family has been serving San Diego since 1925 when my great grandfather, Robert F Driver, established an insurance company dedicated to helping its community members. I embody the same ideals to help my community members in any way that he can. My background in athletics has taught me many vital skills that have made me successful in my life. During my time at San Diego State, I was a four-year letterman on the Aztec's football team. Being a part of the team taught me passion, discipline, and a work ethic second to none. The most important thing that I learned though, was that the things that mean the most, never come easy; however in the case of your dream home, I don't think that could be further from the truth. I am here to take all of the stress out of your Real Estate transaction until the day your transaction is done, and hopefully establish a connection that doesn't end there!

From playing football to beach volleyball with friends, I believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy yet fun lifestyle. I enjoy the benefits of seeing others exude happiness, which comes from hard work, dedication and passion. Currently, I am the assistant head coach of La Costa Canyon’s Freshman Football team, that is another one of my Alma Maters. Growing up in Encinitas has given me a very strong attachment, and sense of pride to call myself a San Diegan, especially due to the fact that my family has been here for five generations. The desire to make others happy is what drives my everyday behaviors, and is why I have chosen the path to serve my community members in their journey to find the perfect home, whether it is their first home, tenth home, or just a new vacation spot. With my deep community roots, excellence in teamwork and leadership, and dedication to the ones around him, I am the Real Estate Agent that you should establish a lasting relationship with!

Our Story

I believe that respect is earned, and not given, so allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Jacob Driver, and I am an accomplished Agent with the fastest growing company in the Luxury Real Estate market. I was born & raised in San Diego, and my family has been here for five generations and have lived in multiple areas across the county. From Del Mar to Rancho Santa Fe, and most recently Cardiff and La Costa.

I began my career in Real Estate managing properties in 2010, and have helped identify, acquire, and manage profitable income properties from La Mesa to Oceanside. Being from Leucadia and having family footholds in La Jolla up to Oceanside, I have extensive knowledge of the coastal cities of San Diego.

I believe that knowledge is our best asset, and that it is important to perpetually educate yourself. In the two years since I switched my emphasis to Residential Sales, I have continued my education to further my knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. Along with my traditional Real Estate education, I have also completed training from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Which has developed my abilities to market and negotiate homes at the multi-million dollar level.

Before entering the Real Estate industry, I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business, with an emphasis in Finance, from San Diego State University. I also simultaneously worked towards achieving a degree with an emphasis in Marketing. During my time at San Diego State University, I was also a four-year letterman for SDSU’s football team, where I earned my portion of a Mountain West Championship. Today my affiliation to the University comes through the Alumni Board, which I actively participate in.

Football was my first passion before Real Estate, and it is still an active part of my life. Although my days of playing football are long over, I still participate from outside of the field lines. I am currently the Head Coach of the Freshman team at my alma matter, La Costa Canyon. Coaching gives me an opportunity to get involved in the community that I care so much about and make an impact on the next generation.

All my experience coaching and playing football has taught me how to be committed to a team despite facing adversity and challenges. How to execute plans that have been constructed and designed for everyone’s benefit. To fight with integrity to protect the people around me and how to work toward a common goal. It’s also taught me the power of consistency and the type of outcomes that come with preparation and attention to details. That above all else, being dedicated to the people on your team will help you establish a lifelong connection with them. These skills & attributes have come to serve me well and have tied in seamlessly in how I conduct business in the world of Real Estate.
