Silverado Encinitas Memory Care Community

The Silverado Encinitas Annual Classic Car Show & ’50s Sock Hop was an unforgettable stroll down memory lane! Since 2009, this beloved event has grown into one of our favorite summer traditions, bringing residents, families, friends and Associates together to celebrate the sights, sounds and spirit of the fabulous ’50s.❤️🚗🎶

Thanks to our longtime friends at The Little Guys Street Rods, Music Station and, of course, Elvis, our residents and guests were transported back in time with beautiful classic cars, rock ’n’ roll favorites, root b**r floats, diner-style food and some impressive hula hooping! 💃🥤🎸

For our residents, these familiar cars and songs are more than nostalgia—they spark stories, smiles and treasured memories of special people, places and moments from years gone by. Seeing those memories come alive and be shared with family and friends is what makes this tradition so meaningful. 💕

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our wonderful Associates, Plant Operations and Culinary Teams, along with our community partner 1Heart, for helping make this our best car show yet!

Here’s to classic cars, timeless music, cherished memories and another wonderful summer together at Silverado Encinitas. ❤️
