Hello Beautiful people! It’s been awhile but I’m back! I now live in California and ready to help guide anyone that needs it. My schedule is limited but I will do my best to work with everyone the best I can.

We all have different goals for this year some maybe reaching them as we speak some may have a bump in the road. February is here some people may feel happy, some may feel sad, and some may not give a s**t but overall keep your head held high and remember You Are Loved and You Matter. Valentines day is coming up and everyone has their own opinions about that day but I say no matter what you think about it, on that day tell yourself at least 5 things you love about You.

Remember to breath. Sometimes we take that for granted. In for 2 out for 2 (or 3 whatever feels right)

I do enjoy some chocolate around the holidays. My Ta**us husband enjoys certain fragrance and my Leo daughter wants to make a big deal about Christmas. Happy holidays everyone!
