Understanding your Annual Notice of Change is crucial. It details any changes to your Medicare plan for the upcoming year, including premium adjustments, benefit modifications (like co-pays and deductibles), added perks, network updates, or changes to your drug formulary. If your plan is ending, you'll either be migrated to a new one or need to actively shop for a different plan. Stay informed!
By September 30th, Medicare Part C and D recipients get a crucial notice detailing plan changes like premiums and benefits. If you don't receive it, contact your insurer. It's vital for deciding if you need to switch plans, especially if significant changes occur.

Do you have Medicare coverage when traveling internationally? Original Medicare A and B cover you in the US and its territories, but not abroad. Medicare Advantage plans may offer some international benefits, but it varies. Always check your specific plan details before you travel.
Original Medicare often excludes essential services like routine dental, vision, and hearing care. You might need a separate plan or a Medicare Advantage option for coverage. Routine physicals and related blood work are also typically not covered unless medically necessary.
