We are a Covid-19 rapid testing site affiliated with First Choice and located in Elmhurst at the NW Testing is available 7 days per week from 8am-4pm.
We offer rapid testing for $150. Results are given on-site! PCR testing as also available. Most airlines require this kind of test for travel. Cost is $75 and insurance is required. PCR results available in 1-3 days.

We are a COVID-19 testing facility located 671 W. North Ave. in Elmhurst. We have rapid antigen testing available for $150. Receive results before you leave! We also have PCR testing available (sometimes required for travel) for $75. Receive results in 1-3 business days. No appointments are required. Drive right up to the white tent in front.
