“I dream of a world where all children know the peace and love only a family can provide.” Brittany spoke these words, shortly before she was killed in an icy car crash in January 1999.

Today, on Brittany’s Birthday, we remember the Hope she had for all children--to know the peace and love only a family can provide. Brittany died, but her dreams did not. In her honor and through your generosity to Brittany’s Hope, nearly 1,550 children have been united with forever families.

Today, please join us in celebration with Brittany for the children who have been united, and say a prayer for the ones who still wait. And please, consider honoring Brittany--and remember the Hope Brittany had for all children with a gift.

Mommy, what did we get my Teacher?...

If you are like many of us, and gifts for some very cherished people just slipped your mind, we have you covered.

What gift could be more impactful or could be a better ‘teaching moment’ than the gift of chickens, goats, or a uniform?

Just select a gift that that you’d like, we’ll send you an e-gift certificate, and we will personally make sure the gift gets into the hands of a child or a family in need.

Take a look at the Gift Guide and turn an almost forgotten gift into the most thoughtful gift of all.

Food makes a place, and Gina and Food for Thought Delivered! Thank you for donating time and resources to feed our over 600 attendees as they ate breakfast with Santa! We truly could not have asked for a better caterer for this event.

When looking at Shipping Costs and Return Policies, our heads may be spinning trying to ensure that our loved one will love the gift and keep it forever.

However…Just take a look at the Gift Guide and realize that gifts are best when they are returned. In fact, three adoptees, Julia, Trey, and Jonah, returned to BenTre, to the orphanage in Viet Nam where they were from. They Returned to Give Back to the children in the orphanage and help other children Prosper.

As you finalize your gift giving, there is still time to spread the holiday joy, by giving the gift toward an adoption grant, support a service trip project, or a donation to help Brittany’s Hope’s children prosper.

Our Story

Recognizing the fundamental rights of all children, Brittany’s Hope empowers families and communities to make real and lasting change in the lives of orphaned and at-risk children through international special needs adoption grants and humanitarian initiatives.

Our organization was created with the hope of building a bridge to unite special waiting children and families who wish to adopt a child but are burdened by the substantial cost associated with adopting a child internationally. Although we assist with advocating for our special children, Brittany's Hope is not an adoption agency. We raise funds and work with adoption agencies to lower the cost of adopting special needs children. One hundred percent of all donations we receive are used to place financial grants or to benefit one of our humanitarian efforts.

As the standard of care for children in out of home placement has changed, we have adapted along with it. In 2017, our humanitarian focus shifted from strictly providing care within orphanages in Kenya, Viet Nam, and Ethiopia, to supporting reunification efforts, providing assistance to families to stay together and avoid out of home placement, support vocational and educational programs to ensure at-risk and orphaned children have the skills they need for a successful future.
