Residential Cleaner Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
Making beds and fluffing pillows.
Folding clean laundry.
Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.i

Working with residential, commercial and rental properties has allowed us to survive this pandemic with all the job losses and layoff. We pay in CASH every Friday and we pay $12 per hour. We also pay 25 cents per mile if you have your own vehicle and are willing to use it for work. We also offer a 50 cent raise every three month for two years with good attendance and performance. Residential cleaning experience necessary!

Responsible for cleaning houses are but not limited to:
Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines.
Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet.
Sweep up debris.
Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
Wash soiled linens
Place fresh linens on bed.
Wash, fold, and stock towels
Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces.
Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.
Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards.
Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves.
Clean and dust window treatments.
Polish silver.
Wipe down appliances.
Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings.
Disinfect equipment and supplies.
Turn mattresses, plump pillows, and change cushions

Looking to fill 2 part-time positions in NYC. The time frames below are approximate and are based on how long it took me to do them.

Position 1: Wage: $12.00 per hour cash
Location: 2101 Avenue X, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday; Start time 7pm-10pm

Position 2: Wage: $12.00 per hour cash
Locations: 9711 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Start time 7pm-10pm
Thursday; Start time 7pm-11pm

Responsibilities for both locations include but not limited to: Daily janitorial and maid services, twice a week disinfectant, one deep cleaning. Informing location of supplies that need to be ordered. Use BuilderTrend App to complete work.

Requirements:
-Must be able to get to and from the location
-Must wear a mask
