Boxes everywhere. Lazy Susans unwrapped. Drawer dividers counted. Bins stacked. Spreadsheet open. Measuring, double-checking, and making sure every single product has a purpose.

Tomorrow we transform a kitchen/pantry — but today is about strategy.
