Progress321

This El Paso Giving Day Progress321 is raising funds for the One Region One Table Culinary Legacy Fund supporting the future of our region’s culinary community.

In honor of the talented chefs and culinary professionals on both sides of the border, your donation will help inspire and support the next generation of local culinary talent.

Giving Day starts October 8 and runs through October 15. Join us in making a lasting impact!

Donate through the link in our bio.

Join Progress321 for a dynamic chefs' panel exploring the people, stories, and economic impact behind our region’s restaurant industry. Culinary leaders from El Paso and Juárez will share their experiences, discuss the business behind the kitchen, and reflect on how food and culture help shape our Borderplex.

Featuring Chef Andrés Padilla of Hotel Paso del Norte, Chef Lawrence Acosta of The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park, and Chef Pablo Rivero of Great American Hospitality.

Whether you’re a food lover, a business professional, or passionate about our region’s growth, this is an opportunity to meet the chefs behind the flavors and gain a new perspective on our culinary community.

September’s Lunch Roulette featured a very special guest: Kris Yagel, Interim Executive Officer of El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank

An Army veteran, West Point graduate, experienced business leader, and author of Maverick Leadership, Kris provided our Progressors with one-on-one leadership coaching and shared how to develop a personal leadership philosophy. He encouraged them to define:

- How they lead
- Their five to seven core values
- Their expectations and boundaries
- What motivates them
- What others can expect from them

Kris also recommended two books for emerging leaders: Maverick Leadership by Kris Yagel and Platoon Leader by James McDonough.

Thank you, Kris, for sharing your experience and helping our Progressors grow as leaders!
