Each graduate fuels our commitment to seeing our participants succeed and thrive 🌟 We are grateful to hear from a success story, Alexis Vaughan, on her time with us and how it continues to guide her decisions.

Our participants each have unique stories about how participation in the program impacted their life. The commonalities among them are their tenacious spirit, desire to improve their families’ standards of living, a willingness to persevere, and a commitment to succeed.

This Memorial Day, we take the time to be grateful for the sacrifices made, especially the impact it has made within the El Paso and Fort Bliss communities 🌟

A fundamental part of our mission is training participants for in-demand careers and work with local employers to place them in the regional workforce.

We are honored to welcome El Paso County Judge Ricardo A. Samaniego as the keynote speaker for Project ARRIBA’s 51st Graduation Celebration 🎓✨

A lifelong El Pasoan and second-term County Judge, Judge Samaniego has led our community through historic challenges while continuing to champion mental health, veterans, infrastructure, and economic development. We look forward to his inspiring message as we celebrate the achievements of our graduates.
