check out this Raptor I saw in Edmonds just before the holidays. Ignore those zombie hands though. The shop was closed but I hope to get back out there to check it out.

here's one of the micros finishing up her base in pastels. I'm thinking of putting quarter marks on this fiesty mare. Perfect for the upcoming lunar new year this firey mare will also be sporting a red bow

we begin the year with a bunch of ponies that are close to being done with their pastel basecoats, some that unfortunately still need repairs or to just be stripped, and a couple in need of repair. A few are still tacky from oils which is a tad annoying. And a few that need to be customized.

It's stacking up to be a busy spring. If my autoimmune takes to the new medication hopefully that means more energy and less crippling joint pain to deal with these minis.

What are your goals this year? Is anyone planning on going to Kentucky this year?

Here's a little pre viz for my entry. It's super nice of to create these little coloring pages of her digital sculpts. They really help flesh out ideas and colorways. I did this at work during my break, just a quick paint scheme for inspiration.

this Studio Thornrose monopoly medallion just needs one more coat of oils before moving onto details. Now to figure out markings and what to do with the flat background.
