Meet Zoumi Koné, Office Experience Coordinator at The Joseph Group.

Zoumi brings four years of customer service experience and sharp data skills to the role, and he's quickly built a reputation for anticipating what the team needs before anyone asks.

As Office Experience Coordinator, he keeps the office running smoothly for teammates and everyone who walks through our door. He moves quickly, solves problems before they come up, and gives the whole team a steady foundation to do its best work.

Meet Blake Webb, our new VP of Cedar One Construction & Maintenance.

With 15 years in maintenance and construction, Blake has built a maintenance division from scratch and scaled a technician team from 20 to over 65 across 52 markets.

He's the kind of operator who bridges the gap between field teams and senior leadership, with enough hands-on experience to know what good work looks like, and the industry knowledge necessary to build teams and systems that scale.

For Cedar One, that means faster response times, stronger crews, and a maintenance operation built to scale as we grow. For our clients, it means the same standard we hold ourselves to across The Joseph Group: work done right, by people who know the trade inside and out.
