The Rotary Club of Edmonds, is hosting a unique competition called a photo marathon. Anyone can join! Anyone may participate. Only 1 photo for each topic.
The Rotary Club of Edmonds is hosting a unique competition called a photomarathon. All you need is a digital camera and creativity. 6 photos of 6 topics in 6 hours. This is a fun event for everyone!
Come to the Rotary Club of Edmonds Oktoberfest today & tomorrow in downtown Edmonds at the Frances Anderson field. Go to the Photomarathon booth to vote for the People’s Choice Photomarathon photo. The winner will receive a cash prize of $200!
It’s 10:00 AM and the photomarathon has started!
Here are the six topics for registered particpants!
Participants have until 4:00 PM PDT to submit one photo for each topic by uploading the files to our Dropbox account (no printing required, no Photoshopping allowed.)
Instruction for uploading photos has been sent to participants via email.

You will be given 6 Hours to capture 6 Photos based on the 6 Topics released at 10am Saturday Morning June 10th!

There’s only a few more days to register!
The Edmonds Rotary Photomarathon RETURNS and will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at which time, a list of 6 topics, or themes will be announced on the Photomarathon page and website.
Participants will have 6 hours to capture and upload photos to our Dropbox account provided to registrants only. Participants may only submit one photo for each topic, but are not required to submit photos for all 6 themes. There will be one winner for each theme, and one "People's Choice" winner overall.
An exhibition of all winners will be displayed at Rotary’s Oktoberfest Photomarathon Booth on September 15 & 16, 2023 at the Frances Anderson Center in downtown Edmonds. Those attending this year’s Oktoberfest will be able to vote on “People’s Choice” photo.
