Super hydrated focaccia dough!! Baked in a regular home oven. The smell and flavor is amazing and the fresh herbs give a nice touch to it!

The magic of creating something with your hand by using simple ingredients. Egg and flour dough with ricotta and a filling of a mix of herbs.
Pizza dough ball shaping. I am making the dough balls for the second rise. After that pizza balls can be stretched and cooked in order to have wonderful Neapolitan Pizza.

Roasted mixed tomatoes are perfect for any dish. You can make a wonderful pasta sauce out of it too. I roasted them for about 15 minutes at 400 F.

I called it “Pomodoro su pomodoro” (=tomato on tomato). Simple and yet full of flavor. I also added some fresh herbs. You can enjoy a Margherita with any kind of tomatoes, colors and herbs. @ Edmonds, Washington

When I am in the kitchen I love playing with my recipes and creating new flavors. Like this pizza. I made a peas base and top the crust with oven roasted shrimps, ricotta cheese and sumac. @ Edmonds, Washington
