Greater Good Charities has launched the , and they are giving away major funding to nominated nonprofits:
• $50,000 for the charity chosen by the winning video
• $20,000 for the runner-up
• Three $10,000 impact prizes

How to enter for our rescue (October 5 – October 23):
1. Film a quick 30–60 second TikTok video showing one good thing (your foster dog making progress, an adoption win, volunteering, or why you support our rescue).

You can enter once per day through October 23rd. Judges will select 25 finalists, and then it goes to a public vote.

Meet Cocoa! 🐾

This sweet 1 year old Mastiff (about 90 lbs) came to us terrified. She cowered at the back of her shelter kennel, too scared to come forward. But underneath all that fear was a girl just waiting to feel safe. By the end of her very first day in foster care, she was snuggled up on the couch with the kids.

Cocoa is playful, gentle, and eager to please. She LOVES fetch (her green rope ball is her whole world), enjoys a good game of tug, and already knows Sit and Drop It. Her house manners are wonderful, and she does great with the older female dog in her foster home. A calm, confident dog buddy really helps her feel secure.

She's still building confidence and needs a patient family who will let her world expand at her own pace. New people can be scary at first, especially men, but she's making amazing progress every day: tail wags, play bows, and chin scratches for her foster dad.

Cocoa would love a securely fenced yard for fetch and a family willing to give her time. Once she feels safe, this girl turns into a couch snuggling, tail wagging sweetheart.

Alumni Update: Daisy Peaches! 🍑🐾

​Adopted in November 2024, sweet Daisy Peaches is living her absolute best life!

​Whether she is sunbathing in her huge yard, howling at the occasional siren, making friends at a co-working space, or people watching at the pottery studio, Daisy is thriving. She gets along with everyone, including cats, dogs, and even ducks and chickens.

​With her favorite human working remotely, she is never alone and has built so much confidence just having someone in her corner cheering her on.

​We love seeing our alumni cherished as true family. Happy tails, Daisy Peaches!
