What’s been on your ‘we really need to clean that’ list? Machinery, shop floors, parking lot, building exterior? Fall is a good excuse to finally tackle it. Give us a call. We'd be happy to stop by and get you a quote.
You see the same sidewalk, parking lot or building every day, and after a while, you stop noticing how dirty it’s gotten.
The buildup happens slowly. A little dirt here, some mildew there, a few stains that become part of the scenery.
Then we clean half of it, and that clean line tells the whole story.
If it’s been a while since the concrete around your business has had a good cleaning, you might be surprised by what’s hiding underneath all that buildup.
No science lesson today. Just a dirty surface, a pressure washer, and a very satisfying before and after.
You don’t realize how much dirt and grime can build until you see the clean surface right next to it.
We just got back from quoting a job in Texas that multiple other contractors turned down because of the scale of the job. We quoted it, no problem. Have a parking garage that needs cleaned? A water tower? A highrise? We can do it.
Why is dry ice blasting the perfect choice for fire restoration? See for yourself!
This brick was covered in soot after a fire. Dry ice blasting lets us work that buildup off of the surface without introducing water into the space. And getting it clean isn’t just about making the brick look better. Removing the soot and smoke residue helps prepare the surface for whatever comes next in the restoration process, whether that’s sealing, painting, repairs, or rebuilding.
On a fire restoration job, every surface we can get back to a clean starting point helps move the whole project forward.
And watching that brick reappear under all that soot? Pretty satisfying, too.

Most things are just too much of an investment to clean wrong.
When you’re dealing with machinery, equipment and even facility structures that your business depends on, the goal isn’t to hit it with as much pressure as possible and hope for the best.
What are we cleaning? What’s underneath the buildup? Can it handle water? Are there sensitive components nearby?
Those are the questions that determine how we approach the job.
Sometimes the answer is dry ice blasting. Sometimes it’s pressure washing. Sometimes it takes a little of both.
The important part is knowing the difference.
Ever wonder how these tiny dry ice pellets actually get something this clean?
There are a few things happening at once:
The pellets hit the surface at high speed, while their extreme cold helps make grease, paint and other buildup brittle and easier to break loose.
Then comes the really cool part. The dry ice turns directly from a solid into a gas on impact (it’s called sublimation). As it expands, it helps lift the loosened buildup away from the surface.
No melting. No water left behind. The dry ice basically does its job and disappears.
There’s a lot more science happening here than it looks like when you’re watching us point a hose at something and you see the dirt and grime disappear.
