Your brain operates like a biological quantum computer. Every day you need to detox your thought life and strengthen and build your brain through deep thinking and intellectual pursuits.
How do you do this? Watch your thinking, renew your mind, and learn something new every day. I spend up to two hours each day learning new information in my field, not only because I love this information but also because it is very good for my brain and body. You can learn how to learn and deep in your intellect. You can overcome any learning issue you have been told you have. You can get the chaos in your mind under control. You can learn to think well!
