Archaic Provisions

After I closed my booth at a few years ago I never imagined having another storefront for my creative side but I wouldn’t have believed a lot of things that would happen in the same timeframe. As it turns out the joke is on me. I’d like to welcome you to our new space located at 707 S Boulevard in Edmond. It’s rustic and quaint. It’s the perfect place to design your family’s next dining table, cutting board or outdoor furniture set. I also have some unique antique finds, candles and assorted home decor available. If the doors are open, drop in. Hours will be by appointment otherwise for now. Hope to see you soon!

Back to basics. Great project for the beginning of the year.

A friend stopped by the shop to borrow a nail gun a few weeks ago only to find a space that pretty much looks abandoned on the outside and overtaken by spiderwebs inside. He kindly told me that I needed to get my house in order. I agreed. Fortunately, someone forced me back in the shop to build a small table. I’m sure I have no clue how IG or FB works anymore but I’m looking forward to making some more pieces shortly. If you need something just ask. If I can’t make it myself I’m certain I have a craftsman close by that can.

About to start spending so@e more time in the shop again for a while. Let me know what you need built. Grady needed some more storage for legos.

Working on a new product offering. Not sure what to call it but I’m curious how strong the market is in for . . or delivered fully finished. I’ve had this on my ventures to try for a long time and it seems like the time has come. Let me know what you think!

This past summer I delivered a table top that wasn’t what I had promised to deliver. As it was for a company’s office I did deliver it with the promise that a new top would be coming to replace this one. It took a while but the new top is now installed. So I got to ask myself the question,”what do I do with an extra 12’ long 2 1/2” thick oak table top?” is the answer I arrived at. So we will have 30”, 36” and an 84” bench available for purchase soon. Let me know if you have a use for one and if you have a specific style of leg you would like to have made.

I took advantage a beautiful day and some cousins being in town to pretty much let all of the kids run wild at the together. I heard of building, , , and extreme hunger when at 4 I realized we hadn’t had lunch. We also made and painted a for a . I made a few . Pretty much an ideal day! !
