No, this isn't the new open concept everyone has been raving about, this is a 4' flood cut. Moisture can travel up the drywall and causes a loss of structural integrity. After the affected drywall is removed, new sheets are installed in larger sections allowing for a more uniform look.

Was Geoff out in the sun too long this past weekend? Maybe, but this is an image from our FLIR Thermal Camera. It helps us locate warm and cold spots in structures to find moisture. Using this technology is just one of the ways we here at Citadel can diagnose and repair our customer's water issues.
