Today we’re celebrating eight incredible years with Geoffrey Weiss at Forge Financial—and what a ride it’s been. As our Deputy Compliance Officer, Geoffrey keeps the wheels turning and the boxes checked… but let’s be honest, he does so much more than that. Need a tech issue solved? Geoffrey. Random office question? Geoffrey. Something broken, glitching, or just not cooperating? Yep—Geoffrey again.

He’s our unofficial IT department, resident encyclopedia, and all-around fixer of things we didn’t even know were fixable. Through it all, Geoffrey stays calm, cool, and never frazzled—always willing to stop and help, no matter how busy he is. He’s not only a dedicated parent at home, but also someone our team relies on every day. Thank you for everything you do, Geoffrey! We are lucky to have you!
