🚨Big News🚨 We’re thrilled to officially welcome Sydney Ashton to the The Movement Lab family!πŸŽ‰

Dr. Sydney’s journey into physical therapy started with movement and performance 🩰πŸ’ͺ

She grew up as a competitive dancer in Duncan, Oklahoma β€’ training from the age of 3 and developing a deep appreciation for strength, discipline, and movement. After working through a knee injury in physical therapy, Sydney discovered her passion for helping others return to what they love β€” stronger and more confident.πŸ’―

She went on to earn her B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024 πŸŽ“

Sydney doesn’t just talk movement… she lives it πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ From resistance training and pickleball to yoga and staying active, she believes strength is the foundation for performance and injury prevention.🫰

In the clinic, Sydney especially enjoys working with dancers 🩰, runners πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ, and fitness-focused athletes πŸ’ͺ to improve movement, build strength, and perform at a high level.
