First closing of 2026 is complete! This was one of the smoothest transactions i have honestly ever had. My seller took every recommendation on getting the home move in ready to get on the market, we went under contract with our first showing! With a total of 23 days on market, everyone was happy with that success. I know there are still homes selling in shorter time periods, but in this community in price point there was quite a bit of competition, so this time frame i thought was great! Than you to for being so great to work with!
