Chris Morris - Realtor

It’s been a booked and busy end to summer and start of fall!! Congrats to my sellers and buyers. We’ve had some transactions with ups and downs. One of these houses we had to fight an appraisal that came in $80,000 under contract value…and guess what…in the famous words of Elle Woods “WE DID IT!” As always, i truly appreciate the trust my clients have in me and patience when we are navigating hard parts of transactions such as repairs and low appraisals.

🎉 The end of summer has been wild over here! Two listings under contract and two buyers under contract! Excited to get everyone closed in the next few weeks! 🤞🏻
