There are plenty of places to grab coffee in Tulsa, but Chimera has been serving all-day breakfast tacos, seriously good coffee, and plenty of vegan options that locals have loved since 2013.
The coffee is roasted in-house, the juices are fresh, and the breakfast tacos are served all day, which means you can order a “Disappearer” with bacon, eggs, cheddar jack, and chipotle crema or the vegan “Teenage Riot” whenever the craving hits.
Add in their matcha, fresh-baked pastries, craft b**r, w**e, cocktails, and a rotating lineup of after-hours events, and Chimera pretty much has you covered no matter what kind of day you’re having.
