Redbud Property Inspections

Glen joined us in the summer of 2026 as a Pest & Termite Technician, bringing a diverse background and a strong sense of discipline to the team.

We’re excited to have Glen on the Redbud Pest Services team and look forward to the experience, dedication, and personality he brings to our clients! Welcome, Glen!

🎉Happy Birthday to our Owner & Founder, Steve! 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating someone who leads Redbud with something that can’t be taught—humility, heart, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.

Steve cares deeply about Redbud, but what makes his leadership so special is that he cares just as deeply about the people who make up our Redbud family. He believes in mentoring, encouraging, and giving each person the tools and experience they need to grow—not just within the company, but as confident, independent professionals.

He has built a culture where teamwork, customer experience, personal growth, and supporting one another all matter. He’s always willing to back his team, help work through challenges, and encourage each person to find their own path to success.

And while Redbud is a huge part of his heart, his greatest role is at home. He’s a loving husband and proud father of two who works hard to build the best life possible for his family—while also treating his Redbud team like an extension of that family. 🩷

Steve, thank you for believing in people, investing in your team, and leading by example. Your vision, encouragement, and commitment have helped make Redbud what it is today.

Happy Birthday, Steve! We hope you know just how much you are appreciated—not only for what you do, but for the kind of leader, husband, father, and person you are.

Here’s to another great year!
Happy Birthday from your Redbud family!

We’re excited to welcome Brent to our team!

Close enough… until it isn’t.

Freezing weather has a talent for exposing the one thing that got missed. Might need a plumber when these thaw out.
