Rabbit Hopping Homebrew is back at Hoppy Camper and we couldn’t be more excited to pour again this year. If you’re out there, come find us, grab a pour, and hang out for a bit.

Here’s what we’re bringing:

TALL DRINK | BLONDE ALE
Light, crisp blonde ale with subtle malt sweetness and a smooth finish

DARK RABBIT HOLE | DUNKLES WEISSBIER
Rich, malty wheat beer with notes of banana and clove

OFF THE TRAIL | EXPERIMENTAL SAISON
Bright, funky saison blend showcasing French and Belgian yeast character

GEORGIE RUNS THIS BOOTH | GOSE
Tart, refreshing gose with bright citrus and a hint of salt

Good beer, good people, and a pretty cute little boss running the booth.

Definitely not the worst news to get on a Monday afternoon! Our Australian Sparkling Ale took first place in the NHC Indianapolis region this weekend. Which means we’ve got a rebrew date coming up in May for NHC finals.

You’ll be able to find this beer on tap at HOPPY Camper Homebrew Expo on May 2nd along with several other of our brews!

Right before Christmas, we finally fired up the brewhouse for the first time since August and it felt so good to get back at it. Plus, we have winter competitions on the horizon!

Using some incredibly aromatic hops shared by our friends at and a mix of grains we had on hand, we brewed a fresh new take on our New Zealand Pilsner. This recipe has placed in competitions before, and we’re extra excited to see what these super-fresh Kiwi hops bring to the glass this time around.

Celebrating this from the Rocky Mountain Homebrew Challenge. We brought home a second place medal with our Australian Sparkling Ale. This Kwikee Down Under is definitely a winner!

Celebrating another Rabbit Hopping Homebrew — and this one’s Gold!

🥇 Our Australian Sparkling Ale took home top honors at the Liquid Poetry Slam in Colorado, scoring a 45 and adding more hardware to the collection. Here’s to a Kwikee Down Under and another win for this prolific medal-producing beer! 🍻

☀️🐇 Rabbit Hopping Homebrew is at it again!

We made the trip to the Sunshine Challenge in Florida, and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out — all three of our beers placed! 🍻

🏆 Tall Drink (our blonde ale) took 1st place in its category!
🥈 Welcome to the World Nicholas George Hartley II (our gose) snagged 2nd place
🥉 And Kwikee Down Under (our Aussie Sparkling Ale) grabbed 3rd!

We’re continuing to climb the Circuit of America standings and now sit at 23rd, knocking on the door of the Top 20! 🚀

Big cheers to everyone who supports us, drinks with us, and keeps us inspired to brew better every time. Onward and upward — next stop, more medals and more fun! 🍺✨

🏅 🏅
We brewed up more than just beer this month — we brewed new recipes for our newborn son, Georgie, and the results cleaned up at the Dogg Dayzz competition. 👶🍻
Some would call it adjusting to parenthood — we call it adjusting our recipes. 😉
🎖️ 1st Place – Australian Sparkling Ale
🍺 They Don’t Like Our Beer Much In Nebraska
The judges in Kansas City disagree with their Nebraska counterparts!
🥉 3rd Place – Alternative Sugar Beer (Imperial Stout w/ Chocolate Cake in the Mash)
🎂 Has Anyone Seen Chad Medford?
Turns out he’s probably still in a cake coma.
🥉 3rd Place – Berliner Weisse
👶 Welcome Home Baby Hartley!
A tart little number to welcome our tiniest new team member.
🥈 2nd Place – Semi-Sweet Orange Blossom Mead
🍊 Gave It The Old Garrett Freeman Attempt
Sweet, bold, and just the right amount of floral chaos.
Big thanks to the organizers, judges, and fellow brewers! Now if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got more bottles to sanitize… and diapers too. 🍯🍻👶

Excited to share this beer with our friends and the OKC craft beer community.

**DOUBLE RELEASE**

AUSSIE LOVE is an Australian Pale Ale we made in collaboration with Nick & Heather Hartley of Rabbit Hopping Homebrew () for a ProAm entry into the Great American Beer Festival Competition. It is one of their many award winning recipes they have garnered through competitions with the American Homebrewers Association.

The profile is balanced and well rounded with a crisp hop bitterness. It has light stone fruit flavor with herbal notes and a dry finish.

DO RAINBOWS HAVE ENDS is a Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale that was dry hopped with Vera Hops. It is tart with notes of ripe peach, white wine grapes and bright pineapple flavor.

They both will be available on draft and in cans (Aussie Love) or bottles (Rainbows) to go!

🥉 Medal Monday! 🥉
Our American Stout strikes again! Recently, it took 3rd place at the Indiana State Fair in the American Porter & Stout category.

That makes FOUR medals since May for this beer—and it’s still going strong. 🍻🏅

Big thanks to the Indiana State Fair competition team and congrats to all the medalists! Let’s keep the streak alive. 💪🔥

| Racking Up Medals Across the Map
Rabbit Hopping Homebrew has been hopping from coast to coast—and bringing home the hardware:
🥈 Eight Seconds of Froth – Silver: American Stout – Wyoming

🥇 Hot & Humid – Gold: Blonde Ale – Florida

🥇 Alabama Brewers Cup – Gold: Gose – Alabama
🥈 Alabama Brewers Cup – Silver: American Stout – Alabama

Not bad for a couple of hopheads with a mash paddle and a dream.
