Save the date for Behnaz Sohrabian's art exhibition, "Eternal Femme," at the FAI Gallery on Thursday, November 2nd, from 5pm to 7pm. This event features her new works, including abstract art, floral compositions, portraits, and intricate drawings, celebrating various aspects of human existence.

Checking out this new local ice cream shop called Boom Town Creamery They are located on 5th St. near Broadway next to Nashbird. Open about a month and they have other locations in OKC Metro area. Trying Bananas Foster and it is so good.

Are you a rock collector? If so, this is a program for YOU!

September 16th is National Collect Rocks Day and we are celebrating at the MAC! The Oklahoma Geological Survey is bringing this exciting program to the MAC this Friday at 11am. With their guidance we will explore the wonderful world of fossils and minerals, AND attendees will have an opportunity to collect their own specimens to take home!

This program is $2 per attendee, and registration is required. Head on over to edmondparks.com and get your name on the list!

The last operating day of the season for the Barnett Field Splash Pad will be this Sunday, September 11th. The Splash Pad will be closed beginning Monday morning. See you next year!
