🚨 We’re hiring – Bid Coordinator / Junior Estimator
Pro Foam Solutions is receiving a high volume of commercial bid invitations, and we’re looking for someone with construction estimating or bid coordination experience to help us stay ahead.
This role focuses on reviewing bid invites, parsing plans and specs, organizing scope, tracking addenda, and supporting the estimating process for spray foam insulation and acoustic cellulose systems.
Experience with BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, or commercial construction bids is a strong plus.

We partnered with to enhance the acoustics for new classrooms and worship space in Norman, OK. The exposed cellulose acoustic finish creates a pleasant anesthetic while controlling sound.
